Zhengqing Group is vigorously advancing its Amoeba-based competitive‑symbiotic management model, extending the Amoeba framework down to the frontline team level. Chen Juan, team leader of the solid‑cleanroom section in the Integrated Formulation Workshop, has achieved tangible results across three key dimensions—production organization, cost control, and quality assurance—through scientific scheduling and lean management. In the first quarter of this year, she focused on the shop floor, optimizing process sequencing and resource allocation to boost workshop efficiency; by rigorously adhering to GMP guidelines and process standards, she maintained a 100% product‑quality pass rate. At the same time, applying Amoeba‑style business thinking, she tapped into untapped cost‑reduction potential, tightly controlling material waste and achieving cumulative production‑cost savings of nearly RMB 500,000 from January to March, while ensuring stable, benchmark‑compliant product yields. As an exemplary practitioner of the Amoeba model, Chen Juan embodies the “Everyone Is an Entrepreneur” philosophy, translating lean management into concrete action and providing a compelling case study for grassroots Amoeba units seeking to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and elevate quality.
