Zhengqing Group Successfully Held the First-Quarter Amoeba Management Promotion Conference for 2026

On the afternoon of April 16, in order to comprehensively review the first-quarter business performance and systematically advance Amoeba Management System To ensure effective implementation and build a unified business consensus across the organization, the Zhengqing Group’s First-Quarter Amoeba Management Promotion Conference was held at the Group’s headquarters in Huaihua. Wu Feichi, Chairman and President of the Group, along with the Group’s senior management team, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Rotating President Long Xianjun.

Work Summary

During the meeting, Xiang Mingke, Director of the Corporate Management Center, presented the Group’s first-quarter business performance report, providing a comprehensive review of the achievement of key operating metrics and an analysis of operational highlights and areas for improvement. Qiu Qunying, Assistant to the President and Director of the Human Resources Center, read out the proposed political commissar system for the Huaihua headquarters, while Yang Xiuchun, Assistant to the President, reported on the summary of the Amoeba publicity and communication efforts, comprehensively showcasing the results of this work and further embedding the Amoeba philosophy throughout the organization. Tang Yuefeng, Senior Manager of the Human Resources Center, then briefed on the implementation of the Amoeba incentive mechanism, clarifying the rules for incentive payout and the alignment of performance evaluations, thereby reinforcing the distribution principle of “value creation and benefit sharing.”

Following a comprehensive review of the key Almaba initiatives for the first quarter, the conference officially moved on to the awards and recognition segment. As the Almaba management system continues to deepen and take root, the sense of autonomous business management among the Group’s various Almaba units has strengthened markedly, and their capacity for value creation has been fully unleashed. In the course of advancing operational initiatives during the first quarter, a large number of exemplary individuals and teams emerged—those who dare to pioneer and experiment, excel in execution and delivery, and deliver outstanding performance—setting a compelling benchmark for all employees to learn from and strive to emulate.

On-site, the Zhengqing Innovation Award and the Amoeba Benchmark Award were presented in succession to recognize teams and individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in innovation and breakthroughs, management excellence, and performance improvement.
