In the first quarter of this year, Chen Juan focused on the production floor, optimizing process scheduling and resource allocation to enhance workshop operational efficiency; she rigorously adhered to GMP guidelines and process standards, achieving a 100% product pass rate. At the same time, she, with Amoeba Management By deeply analyzing and tapping into cost-reduction potential and rigorously controlling material losses, we achieved cumulative production-cost savings of nearly RMB 500,000 from January to March, while maintaining stable product yields that consistently meet specifications.
