On the morning of October 18, 2025, the unveiling and signing ceremony for Academician Liu Liang's Expert Workstation—"Academician Project Going to the Grassroots: Demonstration Site of the Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Towns Initiative"—was held at Zoni County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. This demonstration site will focus on implementing the grassroots-level application of the three-step sequential therapy for rheumatism and pain, injecting new momentum into upgrading TCM services and strengthening the construction of a primary healthcare security system in Zoni County.

On October 17, the unveiling ceremony for the demonstration site of the "Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Towns Plan," a three-step sequential therapy for rheumatism and pain led by Academician Liu Liang's Expert Workstation, was grandly held at Wushan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Attendees included Li Yanping, Deputy Director of Academician Liu Liang's Expert Workstation; He Zhiguo, Project Promotion Director; Fu Wenjun, Gansu Regional Project Manager; Wei Qiancheng, Director of the Pain Department at Gansu Provincial Third People's Hospital; You Zhixia, Director of the Pain Department at Tianshui City Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine; Wang Liming, Party Secretary and Director of Wushan County Health Bureau; Liu Tianming, Deputy Director of the bureau; representatives from member units of the county-level medical consortium; and more than 200 grassroots medical staff.
