With golden saddles heralding the new year, steeds gallop in spirited vigor. At 8:28 a.m. on February 26, Zhengqing Group held a grand ceremony to mark the auspicious start of the Year of the Horse. Employees from the Huaihua headquarters, the Changsha headquarters, the Pharmaceutical Research Institute, as well as Zhizhuo Company, Zhongyao Valley Company, Yuandao Company, Mingyibao Company, Haohai Company, and Haiqin Company gathered—both online and offline—to embark together on a new journey.

During the meeting, cadre representatives collectively pledged to stay committed to their posts, fulfill their duties conscientiously, and lay a solid foundation for the Group’s development through a pragmatic work style, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of all tasks. The heads of each business unit within the Group stated that they would lead by example, take proactive responsibility, and collaborate effectively, translating the Group’s strategy into concrete, actionable measures and invigorating organizational performance.
Group Chairman Wu Feichi extended his New Year greetings to all employees and shared the joyful news that he had been honored with the “New Hunan Contribution Award” as an outstanding private entrepreneur. He emphasized that this recognition is not only a personal honor but also a testament to the government’s and society’s high regard for Zhengqing Group’s dedicated efforts in the biopharmaceutical sector and its contributions to Hunan’s economic and social development. Chairman Wu Feichi emphasized that 2026 will be a pivotal year for Zhengqing Group to break through challenges and achieve leapfrog development. All employees must focus on key priorities and apply targeted efforts, with particular emphasis on five major tasks: First, vigorously advance the “Science and Technology No. 1 Project,” deepen collaboration with Academician Liu Liang’s team, promote the commercial application of AI‑driven big data models in traditional Chinese medicine, and strategically position ourselves in cutting‑edge Class I new‑drug initiatives; second, win the five major marketing campaigns—empowering the Marketing Center to assume its role as the “engine” of growth, refining action plans, closely monitoring milestones, and making every effort to secure a strong start to the first quarter; third, further enhance lean manufacturing by benchmarking against world‑class pharmaceutical companies, rigorously ensuring product quality, and boosting production efficiency; fourth, upgrade talent management and corporate governance by implementing the “Five Ones” human resources policy, optimizing incentive mechanisms, advancing the establishment of an Amoeba‑based management system, and building a high‑caliber workforce; and fifth, seize policy‑driven opportunities, leveraging Hunan Province’s “Year of Enterprise Services” initiative to optimize capital operations and fully accelerate progress toward the strategic goal of achieving RMB 10 billion in revenue over the next decade.
At the ceremony’s conclusion, the group’s leadership handed out New Year red envelopes to all employees. Each envelope carried the group’s blessings and aspirations, igniting everyone’s enthusiasm for hard work.
