At 8:28 a.m. on February 26, the grand Spring Festival Kickoff Ceremony for the Year of the Horse was solemnly held at Zhengqing Group. The ceremony kicked off with a solemn Zhengqing ritual, during which all employees, in a dignified manner, upheld the company’s original aspiration, forged a shared vision for development, and laid a solid foundation for the year ahead.
During the meeting, cadre representatives made a collective commitment to stay true to their posts, fulfill their duties conscientiously, and solidify the foundation for the Group’s development with a pragmatic work style, thereby helping to ensure that all tasks proceed in an orderly manner. The heads of each business unit within the Group stated that they would take the lead in getting things done, proactively assume responsibility, and collaborate effectively, truly translating the Group’s strategy into concrete, actionable initiatives and revitalizing organizational operational vitality.
Wu Feichi, Chairman of the Group, extended New Year greetings to all employees on the occasion of the Spring Festival work resumption and shared the joyful news that he had been honored with the “New Hunan Contribution Award” as an outstanding private entrepreneur. All employees must focus on priority areas and apply their efforts with precision, concentrating on five major tasks: First, vigorously advance Project No. 1 in the realm of science and technology, deepen collaboration with Academician Liu Liang’s team, promote the commercial application of large-scale AI models in traditional Chinese medicine, and strategically position the group for globally leading first‑in‑class new drug projects; second, win the five major marketing campaigns—tasking the Marketing Center with the “locomotive” role, refining plans, closely monitoring critical milestones, and making every effort to secure a strong start in the first quarter; third, further enhance lean production by benchmarking against world‑class pharmaceutical companies, strictly controlling product quality, and boosting production efficiency; fourth, upgrade talent development and management practices by implementing the “Five Ones” human resources strategy, optimizing incentive mechanisms, advancing the establishment of an Amoeba Management system, and building a high‑quality talent pool; and fifth, seize policy opportunities, leveraging Hunan’s “Enterprise Service Year” initiative to optimize capital operations and make every effort to achieve the strategic goal of “10 billion in 10 years.”
At the closing of the ceremony, group leaders distributed “kai gong li si” — red envelopes filled with good wishes and blessings — to all employees.
