The conference brought together the Group’s Chairman and President Wu Feichi, the senior management team, and all members of the Marketing Center. Over the course of four days and three nights, the agenda was packed with practical, action-oriented activities and brimming with highlights—from training and empowerment sessions to co-creation of strategic plans; from solemn oath-taking and signing ceremonies to prestigious recognition events—all designed to build team consensus, ignite momentum for forward progress, and set a clear direction and gather strength for the new year’s marketing endeavors.

“Alone, one can go fast; together, one can go far.” Right from the opening of the conference, the focus was on capability enhancement, injecting professional momentum into the marketing team. On the evening of January 14, the action-oriented training session featured video learning on “Strategic Alignment,” followed by the concise “EMBA” program and the high-quality “Talent Acquisition and Selection” refresher course. These were complemented by practical sharing sessions and interactive exchanges, enabling all participants to deepen their strategic understanding and refine their business approaches. From theoretical knowledge to hands-on skills, from team management to talent development—this systematic training provided solid support for marketers to tackle market challenges and enhance their ability to overcome tough obstacles. Throughout the learning process, everyone forged a shared intellectual consensus, while lively exchanges sparked brilliant insights and creative ideas.

On January 15, the centralized meeting session kicked off in full swing. The Group released Documents No. 1 to No. 4 for 2026, clearly outlining the strategic direction for the entire year. The Marketing Center provided a detailed explanation of the key points of the annual plan and the operational blueprint for the Marketing Department. Core business segments—including the Thousand Counties and Ten Thousand Villages Project, progress on the “Pain-Free World” strategy, digital and intelligent marketing development, government affairs, and market access—each delivered reports in turn, thereby establishing a clear framework for annual implementation. Simultaneously, the signing ceremony for the “Pain-Free World” project’s agents was held, injecting vital momentum into the effective execution and advancement of this strategy.

That afternoon, Zhengqing Fengtongning The First and Second Business Units, the General Distribution Product Department, the Specialty Controlled Sales Department, and Zhengqing Haohai Company each held special meetings focused on in-depth discussions of specific market segments. During the evening’s collaborative planning session, teams from various departments, major regions, and provincial regions united their efforts to refine and finalize the 2026 operational plan, translating strategic goals into concrete, actionable initiatives that can be effectively implemented.

To spark team innovation and foster a sense of competition, the proposal-pitching session held on the morning of January 16 became the highlight of the conference. Teams from Zhengqing Fengtongning’s major sales regions, provincial and regional general managers, the exclusive distributor product division, the specialized controlled-sales division, and Haohai Company took to the stage one after another, presenting their annual operational plans with great enthusiasm, clear logic, and practical measures. From market positioning to channel expansion, from product promotion to driving sales performance, each team’s proposal was uniquely distinctive and brimming with standout features. These plans not only demonstrated deep insights into the market but also highlighted the teams’ bold and enterprising marketing spirit. The intense competition was not only a test of strength but also an opportunity for sharing experiences, providing all attendees with a platform for mutual learning and collective improvement.

With pens poised to set targets, we vow to fulfill our mission. On the afternoon of January 16, the conference entered a solemn stage marked by the signing of responsibility agreements and team rallying ceremonies. The First and Second Departments of Zhengqing Fengtongning, the Specialty Sales & Control Department, the General Agent Product Department, Zhengqing Haohai, the Commercial Department, and the Marketing Department took to the stage one after another, making resolute pledges to achieve their goals and embracing their development mission with unwavering conviction. Each signed responsibility agreement not only clearly conveys specific objectives but also firmly reinforces accountability at every level, demonstrating the Zhengqing marketing team’s determination and sense of responsibility: “Only by breaking the old can we build the new; we are determined to reach our goals at all costs.”

Subsequently, at the group level, updates were provided in turn on major events and strategic initiatives for 2025, capital operations, and technological R&D, enabling the marketing team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the group’s development trends and bolster their confidence in achieving success. Group leaders and corporate advisors also delivered speeches, offering encouragement and boosting morale among the marketing team members.

Dr. Wu Feichi, Chairman and President of the Group, delivered a concluding speech that was both visionary and inspiring. He acknowledged the hard work and remarkable achievements of 2025, and... Guided by the strategic goal of “building the world’s leading brand in rheumatic pain management,” we are proposing a development plan aimed at achieving “1 billion in three years and 10 billion in ten years,” and outlining five key upgrade initiatives and five major campaign tasks. The speech clearly outlined five key areas for upgrading: marketing, research and development, manufacturing, management, and capital. It focused on several priority initiatives, including “Thousand Counties and Ten Thousand Villages,” “Big Fish,” “Partnership Operations,” “A World Free of Toxins,” and “Victory Within Reach.” The speech also emphasized the need to drive transformative digital and intelligent upgrades and foster integration among industry, academia, research, medicine, and healthcare to build a “Pain-Free World” health ecosystem, thereby propelling the company toward leapfrog development.

Over the past year, amidst a complex and ever-changing market environment, the Zhengqing marketing team has seen the emergence of a group of courageous and highly capable individuals as well as cohesive, united teams. The conference specially featured an annual performance evaluation and awards ceremony, along with a training team PK competition, to honor outstanding teams and individuals. The evening marketing gala dinner brought the team together in an atmosphere filled with laughter and joy, strengthening bonds among colleagues. All attendees raised their glasses in celebration, sharing hopes and dreams for the future. In this warm and enthusiastic atmosphere, they were able to relieve stress and boost morale, adding a special touch of warmth and unity to the entire conference.

On January 17, all participants took part in a marketing symbiosis team-building activity, during which they visited the Group’s headquarters, the Ancient Commercial Town of Hongjiang, and the Anjiang Agricultural School Memorial Garden. As they walked through these sites, they gained a deeper appreciation for the company’s corporate culture and historical heritage, while strengthening their camaraderie and team cohesion through collaboration. This team-building event, rich in cultural significance and full of interactive fun, enabled everyone to relax both mentally and physically, further reinforcing the team spirit of “working together with one heart, achieving mutual success and shared prosperity.”

The four-day, three-night 2026 Marketing Kickoff Conference concluded successfully.
