Li Yanping, Deputy Director of the Academician Liu Liang Expert Workstation, and He Zhiguo, Director of Project Promotion, Liu Qiang, Deputy Director of the Dazhou Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Li Yangxi, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Head of the Publicity Department; Xiang Xiaoyan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Health Commission, as well as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dachuan District General Hospital; Key representatives from the medical consortium units and hospital staff and cadres Attend the ceremony.
At the meeting, Li Yanping, Deputy Director of Academician Liu Liang’s Expert Workstation, and Xiang Xiaoyan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dachuan District General Hospital, signed an agreement, while He Zhiguo, Project Promotion Director of the Academician Workstation, and President Pan Hualiang executed a cooperation pact. Li Yanping and Pan Hualiang jointly unveiled the plaque designating the site as a demonstration center for the “Rheumatism and Pain Triple‑Sequential Therapy Program for Thousands of Counties and Ten Thousand Townships.”
Following the meeting, the delegation from Academician Liu Liang’s workstation conducted an on-site visit to the hospital’s training base for the three‑pronged sequential therapy in rheumatology and pain management. Subsequently, key personnel from the medical consortium’s member institutions will officially commence a three‑day “Three‑Pronged Sequential Therapy” training course, which will include a series of educational activities such as hands-on outpatient‑level demonstrations.
Looking ahead, the Academician Liu Liang Expert Workstation will remain focused on advancing the specialized development of rheumatology and pain management, continuously driving innovation in traditional Chinese medicine and translating research findings into practical applications. Riding the wave of medical progress in the new era, it will take a leading role, writing a new chapter in safeguarding public health and promoting the high-quality development of TCM in the region.
