Focusing on New Chapters and Achieving New Breakthroughs Through Practical Action—The 2026 Opening Meeting for Cadres of Zhengqing Group Was Successfully Held.

At the start of the new year, everything is renewed. To further clarify the Group’s development direction, lay out key tasks, and rally the collective strength of all cadres, on January 4, 2026, the Zhengqing Group held its annual cadre symposium simultaneously via online video conferencing—connecting the headquarters conference room in Changsha with the third-floor conference room at the Huaihua branch office. Attending the meeting were Wu Feichi, Chairman and President of the Group; Huang Yuming, Vice Chairman; Xiang Weiguo, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Trade Union; Huang Bingxian, Director and rotating President; and Wu Tianhao, Director and Vice President—all members of the Group’s senior management team. Cadres from all levels across the Group’s eight centers gathered both online and offline to discuss the Group’s future development. The meeting was chaired by rotating President Long Xianjun.
At the meeting, Qiu Qunying, Assistant to the President and Director of the Human Resources Center, first briefed the group on the 2026 personnel appointment and dismissal documents. She provided a detailed explanation of the arrangements related to cadre appointments and organizational structure adjustments, and also gave an update on the progress of the competitive recruitment process at the Marketing Center, thereby laying a solid foundation for the group’s steady development in the coming year.
Subsequently, representatives of the newly promoted cadres delivered statements based on their specific job responsibilities, all pledging to keep their duties and mission firmly in mind, take the initiative to step up and act decisively, and devote themselves to their work with enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach, thereby contributing their energy and strength to the group’s high-quality development.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Wu Feichi delivered a concluding speech, charting the course for the Group’s future development through 2026 and beyond. He fully recognized the achievements made by each center in 2025, openly addressed the challenges and issues encountered during the development process, and clearly outlined that in 2026, the Group will focus its efforts on five key areas: “reshaping marketing, upgrading technology, upgrading manufacturing, upgrading management, and achieving breakthroughs in performance and capital.”
Chairman Wu Feichi emphasized that once policies are set, the key lies in the cadres. The recent promotion and adjustment of group-level cadres are centered on building a high-quality, robust management team. In the future, cadre selection will adhere to the principle of “aspiration × capability,” placing equal emphasis on cultivating internal talent and actively recruiting outstanding external professionals. At the same time, all cadres are required to earnestly fulfill their responsibilities of “selecting, nurturing, and deploying talent,” thereby injecting fresh vitality into the company’s sustained development.
Finally, Chairman Wu Feichi quoted the words from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s New Year message—“Seeking dreams amid mountains and seas, we hardly notice how far we’ve come; though the road ahead is long and winding, let us stride forward with bold determination”—and shared them with all colleagues at Zhengqing. He called on everyone to embrace the pioneering spirit of riding horses and wielding whips, harness the collective strength of countless horses galloping forward, and maintain relentless momentum, turning the Group’s grand vision into a bright reality through practical and diligent efforts.
