At the dawn of the New Year, all things are renewed. To further clarify the Group’s strategic direction, outline key priorities, and rally the entire cadre workforce behind a shared vision of progress, on January 4, 2026, the Zhengqing Group held its annual executive symposium simultaneously—via video link—at the Changsha headquarters conference room and the third-floor meeting room of the Huaihua regional office. Attending the meeting were Group Chairman and President Wu Feichi; Vice Chairman Huang Yuming; Supervisory Board Chair and Trade Union President Xiang Weiguo; Director and Rotating President Huang Bingxian; Director and Vice President Wu Tianhao, along with other members of the Group’s senior management team. Cadres from all levels across the Group’s eight major centers gathered both online and offline to discuss the future of the organization. The meeting was chaired by Rotating President Long Xianjun.
At the meeting, Qiu Qunying, Assistant to the President and Director of the Human Resources Center, first announced the Group’s 2026 personnel appointment and dismissal documents, provided a detailed explanation of the arrangements for cadre appointments and organizational restructuring, and outlined the progress of the marketing center’s competitive recruitment process, thereby laying the groundwork for the Group’s steady development in the coming year.
Subsequently, representatives of the newly promoted cadres delivered statements tailored to their respective roles, vowing to keep their duties and mission firmly in mind, take proactive responsibility, and devote themselves to their work with unwavering enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach, thereby contributing to the Group’s high-quality development.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Wu Feichi delivered a summarizing address, charting the course for the Group’s development through 2026 and beyond. He commended the performance of each business unit in 2025, candidly acknowledged the challenges and obstacles on the path forward, and outlined that, in 2026, the Group will focus on five key priorities—reimagining marketing, advancing technological innovation, upgrading manufacturing, enhancing management, and achieving breakthroughs in both operational performance and capital markets—to drive sustained progress.
Chairman Wu Feichi emphasized that once policies are set, the key lies in the cadre team. The Group’s recent promotions and personnel adjustments are squarely aimed at building a high‑caliber, robust management force. Moving forward, cadre selection will adhere to the criterion of “aspiration × capability,” giving equal weight to cultivating internal talent and attracting external expertise. At the same time, all cadres are expected to earnestly fulfill their responsibilities in selecting, developing, and deploying talent, thereby injecting fresh vitality into the company’s sustained growth.
Finally, Chairman Wu Feichi quoted General Secretary Xi Jinping’s New Year message—“Chasing dreams across mountains and seas, we scarcely feel the distance; though the road ahead is long, we stride forward with confident steps”—to inspire all colleagues at Zhengqing. He called on everyone to embrace the bold spirit of galloping horses and wielding whips, the united strength of ten thousand steeds, and the relentless drive to keep moving forward, translating the Group’s grand vision into a bright reality through earnest action and steadfast commitment.
