On December 26, 2025, the 31st Cultural and Arts Festival of Zhengqing Group came to a successful close at its headquarters in Huaihua. This year’s festival was held in western Sichuan. Mugecuo Scenic Area The event officially kicked off, during which participants retraced the Long March route along the footsteps of the Red Army and successfully reached the summit of Daocheng Yading, fully demonstrating the core spirit of Zhengqing people—integrity, wisdom, and courage. In addition, a series of vibrant and diverse activities were organized, including team showcase competitions, sharing sessions, photography contests, red-song singing contests, individual skill competitions, volleyball matches, relay races, and tug-of-war tournaments. These activities vividly embodied the positive, upbeat, joyful work ethic and healthy lifestyle of Zhengqing employees, injecting powerful cultural vitality into the inheritance of the red gene and the promotion of the company’s strategic upgrade.

01 Individual Skills Competition
The production technology competition covers multiple trades, including fitter and electrician. With solid hands-on skills, the contestants precisely implement technical standards, fully demonstrating the craftsmanship control capabilities and professional competence of frontline skilled workers. The quality skills competition focuses on assessing the entire process of sample inspection. Adhering strictly to quality control specifications, the contestants employ rigorous procedures and meticulous operations, highlighting the professionalism and precision of the quality control phase.

On the volleyball court, offense and defense were well-organized; players demonstrated seamless teamwork and precise passing, fully showcasing their collective wisdom and collaborative spirit. On the relay race track, competitors gave their all, with steady handoffs and powerful sprints interwoven to unleash the dynamic energy of speed and coordination. The tug-of-war arena was filled with an electric atmosphere, as athletes united their hearts and minds, pooling their strength and determination to embody resilience and a commitment to striving forward. These three events comprehensively highlighted the spirit of unity, positivity, courage, and pioneering spirit of the Zhengqing people.
