From the 13th to the 14th, Huang Bingxian delivered the group’s three-year business strategy plan report as the first presenter. Subsequently, each center presented its own three-year strategic plans, focusing on topics such as marketing, scientific research, digitalization and intelligence, and team building. Each group organized discussions and presentations, which were then reviewed jointly by the company’s consultants and the management team to ensure that the strategic plans were scientifically sound and feasible.

On the morning of the 15th, all participants took part in a team-building activity with a red-themed focus on Jinggangshan. Immersed in the rich red culture, they sought to rediscover their original aspirations and mission and carry forward the spirit of struggle. Through interactive collaboration, they deepened their camaraderie and forged a shared commitment to moving forward with determination.

During the meeting, Chairman Wu Feichi emphasized that learning the management models of leading benchmark enterprises is a crucial path for the group to achieve breakthroughs in its development, and all members must deeply study these models and put them into practice.

The successful convening of this Jinggangshan Strategic Seminar has charted the course and united the strength for Zhengqing Group’s development over the next three years. Drawing on advanced management models, the Group will launch “five major campaigns”—in marketing, research and development, capital management, production quality and supply chain, Amoeba digitalization, and team building—fully advancing the strategic goal of “building the world’s leading brand in rheumatic pain management and constructing a comprehensive health-care service ecosystem free from pain.” We are determined to write a new chapter of high-quality enterprise development.
