On the afternoon of November 14, the October Amoeba Promotion Conference of Zhengqing Group was successfully held in Zhengqing Hall on the fifth floor of Zhengqing Group’s Huaihua headquarters. In his concluding remarks, Wu Feichi stated that in October, the group’s Amoeba Management model had achieved remarkable progress. Key initiatives, exemplified by the “Very 6+1” series of major events, were implemented smoothly and in an orderly manner. Highlights in areas such as publicity and promotion, as well as the implementation of incentive mechanisms, stood out prominently, fully demonstrating the practical value of the “Everyone Becomes a Manager” philosophy.
Next, the Group will take the deepening of Amoeba Management as its core focus, anchoring on upgrading systems such as “marketing, production quality, and technology,” and transforming benchmark learning outcomes into tangible business results. Drawing on the refined management practices of companies like Merck, we will integrate these lessons into Amoeba team operations and cost control processes, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of each unit. We will also strengthen the linkage between Amoeba incentive mechanisms and performance evaluations, optimize reward measures, and unleash the entrepreneurial drive of all employees. By upgrading the grassroots training system and implementing a five-year employee career planning program, we will solidify our talent base under the Amoeba model, fostering autonomous initiative and synergistic collaboration across all business units. This will ensure that each business unit becomes a “power source” for performance growth, enabling the Amoeba management model to make a comprehensive leap—from “orderly advancement” to “high-efficiency empowerment,” and injecting sustained momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
