In the golden autumn month of September, bountiful fruits hang heavy on the branches. To strengthen team expertise and solidify the foundation for business execution, the Marketing Center of Zhengqing Group successfully hosted a training and development conference for Academic Managers, Project Managers, and key business personnel from September 17 to 19 at its headquarters in Huaihua. Nearly 80 core members gathered together, engaging in an intensive "charging session" focused on practical effectiveness through a unique learning model that combined "immersive training, hands-on instruction, and multi-dimensional assessments."

This training session is centered around the core objective of "empowering key personnel and serving the market." The curriculum is meticulously designed to address critical business challenges and align with market demands, creating a four-dimensional learning framework that integrates "product, model, technology, and policy." During the training, participants will systematically explore product promotion strategies for Zhengqing Fengtongning, key application insights in the renal disease field, and the rationale behind promoting Qingre Jiedu Granules. They’ll also gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation roadmap for the "Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Towns Initiative," as well as proven methods for replicating the Wangdao Model and Hanshou Model. Additionally, hands-on technical skills such as specialized Jingjin acupuncture techniques and the Trifocal Sequential Therapy approach will be thoroughly covered. Meanwhile, the program features focused discussions on crucial topics like preventing and managing adverse reactions, interpreting off-label drug registration policies, and leveraging digital marketing platforms—offering both theoretical depth and practical relevance.

To ensure the training results are effectively implemented, this conference adopted a rigorous closed-loop management system along with a multi-dimensional assessment mechanism, featuring four key components: "written exam + PK presentation + scenario simulation + experience sharing." After two days of intensive learning and fierce competition, the training culminated in the selection of top three individuals in each category, as well as the winning team for both first and second place. On-site awards—including cash prizes and honorary certificates—were presented to motivate core members to keep striving for excellence. Participants unanimously praised the training as "packed with valuable insights," noting that it not only addressed their knowledge gaps but also significantly enhanced their practical skills. Moreover, the collaborative environment fostered stronger team cohesion and shared understanding. Moving forward, they pledged to put what they’ve learned into action, driving decisive progress in market challenges.
Next, the Marketing Center of Zhengqing Group will take this training as a starting point to continuously refine its regular learning mechanisms, fostering a deeper alignment between the capabilities of core team members and evolving market demands, thereby injecting stronger momentum toward the goal of "Pain-Free Living for All."
