The 31st Zhengqing Cultural and Art Festival

West Sichuan Symbiotic Journey Event

To enrich employees' spiritual and cultural lives, strengthen the group's sense of unity, and solidify the foundation of Zhengqing Group's "Competitive Coexistence" culture, the 31st Zhengqing Cultural and Art Festival kicked off its Sichuan-Western Coexistence Journey in Kangding, the "Hometown of Love Songs."

This event brought together more than 180 Zhengqing employees—representing Huaihua Headquarters, Changsha Headquarters, and frontline marketing teams from across the country—to form the "Pain-Free World"军团. Led by Chairman Wu Feichi, they gathered in western Sichuan to retrace the Long March route, injecting powerful momentum into the Group’s implementation of its “Dual Upgrade” strategy.

In terms of organizational structure, this event continues and further refines the Zhengqing Competitive Symbiosis Amoeba Management Model by establishing six major "Pain-Free World" legions. Each legion is further divided into two subgroups. Additionally, drawing on the army's valuable experience of building party branches directly within companies, we are implementing an organizational mechanism that places party branches at the team level. To ensure the efficient execution of organizational tasks, each legion is also assigned a dedicated political commissar.

"Journeying Through Light and Shadow: Xinduqiao's Photographic PK in the 'Light & Shadow Corridor'"

On September 1, the "Pain-Free World" team journeyed through the sea of clouds atop Zheduo Mountain, as Zhengqing employees along the way captured the ever-changing scenery of Xinduqiao—known as the "Corridor of Light and Shadow"—in a spirited photography showdown. Some focused on immortalizing the harmonious moments between herders and nature, while others experimented with unique angles to highlight the abstract beauty of light and shadow. This vibrant scene, where competition sparks creativity and shared experiences drive collective growth, perfectly embodies Zhengqing Group’s core philosophy of "coexistence through competition."

Successfully conquered the "Vajra Line" summit challenge in Daocheng Yading

On September 2, 181 brave Zhengqing climbers gathered in Daocheng Yading, overcoming altitude sickness and staying true to their determination—ultimately, more than 90 of them successfully reached the summit. From Luorong Niuchang to Milk Sea and Five-Color Sea, every meter climbed tested not only their physical endurance but also their unwavering willpower.

This fearless spirit of overcoming altitude sickness and bravely scaling new heights is precisely a continuation of the Long March spirit in the new era—there are no victories achieved by lone warriors, only the collective glory of "you help me steady, and together we conquer every challenge." The triumphant news of reaching the summit isn’t just a testament to physical strength; it also reflects the team’s unwavering confidence, nurtured by the philosophy of "cooperative coexistence," enabling Zhengqing employees to pen their very own "chapter of攻坚" on the snow-covered plateau.

Watch the "9/3 Military Parade" together and hold an expanded Party class meeting.

On September 3, the entire "Pain-Free World" squad gathered in Daocheng County to collectively watch the live broadcast of the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.

Wu Feichi, Chairman and Party Secretary of Zhengqing Group, delivered a vivid Party lesson to the "Pain-Free Nation" corps. Drawing parallels with the theme of this year's military parade, he succinctly articulated the core essence of "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" in just twelve words: "Chinese culture, the leadership of the Communist Party, and the market economy." This Party lesson was not only an imparting of knowledge but also a profound refinement of thought and a spiritual awakening. It further strengthened the ideals and beliefs of Zhengqing employees, paving the way for the group’s dual-upgrade strategy. Moreover, it injected a powerful surge of motivation, helping the company unify its vision, clarify its direction, and move forward with determination as it embarks on a new stage of development.

Finally, representatives from the "Pain-Free World" legions shared their impressions of the parade and their reflections on the Party class, further deepening their learning outcomes.

Retrace the Long March on the Luding Bridge, where "iron cables span the river."

On September 4, all members of the Zhengqing "Pain-Free World" team followed in the red footsteps of the Chinese Communist Party's century-long struggle. Led by Wu Feichi, Chairman of the Group, they stood solemnly in formation before the "Monument to the Red Army's Heroic Capture of Luding Bridge," renewing their入党誓词 (oath of joining the Party) under the vibrant red Party flag. This heartfelt moment allowed each member to intimately connect with the revolutionary spirit of their predecessors—marked by "unyielding courage and unwavering perseverance"—right at this iconic red landmark.

Following this, all the Zhengqing team members stepped onto Luding Bridge, immersively experiencing those stirring and unforgettable years of glory, and deeply realizing that the Long March was not just a "marching route," but also a "spiritual path" that refined their faith and united their strength.

This spirit of the Long March, transcending time and space, inspires all Zhengqing employees to align on a shared vision, march in perfect rhythm, and steadily advance toward the noble goal of "Pain-Free Living for All."

It concluded successfully amid rousing red-themed songs.

The Closing Ceremony of the 31st Zhengqing Cultural and Art Festival – Sichuan West Co-Living Event

On September 4, accompanied by rousing and inspiring Red Song melodies, the 31st Zhengqing Cultural and Art Festival’s Symbiotic Journey in Western Sichuan came to a successful close—this 7-day, 6-night highland expedition not only brought together the collective wisdom, hard work, and heartfelt passion of every member of the "Pain-Free World" team, but also allowed the core philosophy of "Competition and Symbiosis" to shine brilliantly across the majestic landscapes of the Western Sichuan Plateau.

This Sichuan West symbiotic journey fully integrated the Amoeba Management Model throughout, enabling clear planning of actions and meticulously breaking down goals and performance evaluations. As a result, not only was the management process precisely controlled, but multiple tangible outcomes were also achieved: Members enhanced their execution capabilities and work efficiency through well-defined roles; team collaboration strengthened group cohesion; and within an atmosphere of "aligned goals, bold ambition, and relentless pursuit of victory," participants embraced "competitive coexistence." This initiative has firmly laid the groundwork for Zhengqing Group to advance its "Dual Upgrade" strategy and accelerate toward its 2025 business objectives.
