As the high-speed train slowly departed Chongqing West Station on its return journey, the opening ceremony of the 32nd Zhengqing Culture and Arts Festival—launched on September 4—and the 2026 Gannan Symbiotic Team-Building Event concluded successfully. The eight-day event was themed “Retracing the Red Army’s Route, Carrying Forward the Spirit of the Long March,” aiming to empower corporate transformation and breakthroughs.
On the 5th, the Group’s management team and leading experts from research, production, and marketing gathered in Chongqing. After touring the city’s scenic highlights and the Eling Scenic Area, they headed straight for Longnan.

Eling in Chongqing is located in Yuzhong District, where the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers converge between two mountain ridges. Its narrow, elongated topography resembles a goose’s neck, hence the name. The area is home not only to the historic Eling Park but also to the popular Eling No. 2 Factory Cultural and Creative Park and the newly opened Eling Pier. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Eling No. 2 Factory served as a key economic hub under the Republic of China government and was the site where the first series of Renminbi banknotes of New China were printed.

After touring Chongqing, we took a high-speed train straight to Longnan on the afternoon of the 5th. On the morning of the 6th, the grand opening ceremony of the 32nd Zhengqing Cultural and Art Festival was held in Hadaipu, a renowned turning point of the Red Army’s Long March.

That afternoon, we visited the Lazi Pass Memorial Hall—site of a formidable natural barrier along the Long March route—and toured the actual Lazi Pass, experiencing firsthand the arduous challenges faced by the Red Army. Through this journey, we sought to embody the spirit of the Long March, strengthen our ideals and convictions, and strive with unwavering dedication to rekindle the company’s glory and realize the Zhengqing Dream.
On the 9th, we continued our journey through the high-altitude Tibetan region, crossing the Meiren Grassland at an elevation of approximately 3,600 meters before heading to Tianshui. Upon arriving at the Meiren Grassland scenic area, rain and snow suddenly began to fall outside the window, and the biting cold wind cut to the bone. Yet the team remained as enthusiastic as ever, their bold spirit shining brightly amid the wind and snow.
Tianshui is the cradle of Chinese civilization, the ancestral home of Taihao Fuxi and the revered progenitor of Chinese culture. A visit to the Fuxi Temple in Tianshui is an absolute must. Of course, the Maijishan Grottoes are also a major highlight of religious and artistic heritage, but unfortunately, we had to miss them due to rain—leaving us with a touch of regret. Yet as the saying goes, life seldom goes exactly as we wish; at best, we can hope for half satisfaction. Life, like the natural universe, need not strive for perfection; it is precisely in embracing a measure of imperfection that true beauty emerges.
At the farewell banquet marking the end of our group activities, we summarized and recognized the various competitive challenges undertaken by each vehicle team. Each team brought its own unique flair to their rendition of “A World Without Pain—Love Fills the Dong Countryside,” showcasing a host of talents who rarely shine in everyday life or at work.
Retracing the Red Army’s path, we truly experienced the extraordinary hardships endured by our revolutionary martyrs in their heroic struggles. In revering their great deeds, we have come to understand that the success of any noble cause requires not only a spirit unafraid of sacrifice, but also an unwavering will, steadfast convictions, and an unshakable confidence in victory. Having weathered more than thirty years of trials and growth, Zhengqing Group has embarked on a grand undertaking of its own. The road ahead is long and fraught with challenges, yet we continue to march forward with high spirits, forging ahead with courage!…
