Extension of the exhibition period Proposal on Related-Party Transactions 》 (This proposal is related to the shareholders concerned.) Huaihua Dadi Holding Co., Ltd., Huaihua Shandi Operating Co., Ltd., Huaihua Tongyuan Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Huaihua Tongshun Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Wu Feichi, Huang Yuming, and Liu Zhiping recused themselves from voting.
Voting Result: The single proposal deliberated at this meeting was approved.
