(2) Shareholders registered as of December 24, 2025;

(3) The company’s retained counsel and other persons invited by the company’s board of directors.

Corporate shareholders shall present the legal representative’s ID card and the business license; individual shareholders shall register by presenting their own ID cards. For proxy attendance, registration requires the principal’s ID card (for corporate shareholders, the business license), the proxy’s ID card, and a power of attorney.
