- Corporate shareholders should present the legal representative’s ID card and business license. Individual shareholders should register by presenting their own ID cards. If an agent attends on behalf of the shareholder, they must provide the principal’s ID card (for corporate shareholders, the business license is also required), the agent’s ID card, and a power of attorney.
