Zhengqing Group signs a strategic cooperation agreement with Fengxi Town, Zhuxi County, Hubei Province, for the full industrial chain of Qingfengteng.

On November 19, 2025, the Hubei Qingfengteng Industry Development Symposium was held at the Fengxi Town Government in Zhuxi County. Li Wei, a member of the Standing Committee of the Zhuxi County Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department; Wu Feichi, Chairman and President of Zhengqing Group; Long Xianjun, rotating president; as well as relevant scientific researchers, enterprise representatives, and town and village officials gathered at the venue to jointly discuss the development strategy for the Qingfengteng industry and jointly witness the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement among the four parties.
The four parties signing this agreement are the People's Government of Zhuxi County, Zhengqing Group, Hubei Zhengcheng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., and Xupu Yulong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. They will engage in in-depth cooperation centered on the construction of the entire industrial chain for Qingfengteng.
According to the agreement, the four parties will adhere to the principles of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and common development" to establish a standardized 10,000-mu cultivation base for Qingfeng藤 in Fengxi Town, thereby building a full-chain development model encompassing "cultivation-processing-research-branding." Zhengqing Group will provide technical support and market channels; Hubei Zhengcheng Agriculture and Xupu Yulong Agriculture will be responsible for cultivation, harvesting, and warehousing and distribution; and the Zhuxi County Government will introduce industrial support policies to ensure farmers' income and the sustainable development of the industry. Meanwhile, the four parties will also jointly undertake research projects such as "ISO International Standard Studies and Sustainable Harvesting of Wild Qingfeng藤," thus promoting high-quality development of the industry.
“Fengxi Qingfeng Vine—root of a ten-billion-dollar industry.” Chairman Wu Feichi’s remarks not only expressed his high appreciation for Fengxi Town’s abundant Qingfeng Vine resources but also conveyed Zhengqing Group’s firm confidence in building the Qingfeng Vine industry through a comprehensive, end-to-end industrial layout.
The achievement of this strategic partnership represents a significant step taken by Zhengqing Group to implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote the upgrading of regional specialty industries. Taking this signing as an opportunity, the Group will leverage technology empowerment, brand building, and market development to help Fengxi Town’s Qingfengteng industry achieve scaled, standardized, and high-value growth, directly boosting stable income increases for local farmers and ensuring that the Qingfengteng industry truly becomes a “win-win” sector that links enterprise development with the well-being of the local community.
