Zhengqing Group's 2025 Half-Year Marketing Work Conference

From July 13 to 15, 2025, the Zhengqing Group's 2025 Semi-Annual Marketing Work Conference was grandly held in Jinan. This year's meeting, themed "Innovation and Breakthroughs, Precision and Dedication," brought together the group's frontline marketing elites as well as personnel from functional departments to jointly review past achievements and chart a course for the future.

On the evening of the 13th, the eight major regional offices of the Zhengqing Fengtongning Business Division, along with meetings on private-sector grassroots operations, specialized academic outreach sessions, and working exchanges and performance reviews involving the Specialty Products Sales Department and Haohai Company, were held as the first events.

On the 14th, the global launch ceremony of Zhengqing Amoeba Marketing's Digital Intelligence Ecosystem Platform was successfully held, witnessed by all employees. The platform's launch marks Zhengqing Group's entry into a new journey toward digital and intelligent marketing. Integrated with cutting-edge technologies, the system will comprehensively empower marketing efforts, enabling precision marketing, efficient management, and smart decision-making—ultimately helping the group gain a competitive edge in the market.

Dr. Wu Feichi, Chairman of Zhengqing Group, delivered a keynote speech. He provided an insightful analysis of the current global trends, highlighting such developments as the decline of the United States and the resurgence of China. Dr. Wu emphasized the immense potential for Traditional Chinese Medicine to lead the future of global healthcare, particularly through the innovative integration of TCM and Western medicine enabled by the Hengqin Large-scale Model, which is driving a transformative shift in digital and intelligent diagnostics and treatment. Moreover, Zhengqing Group boasts comprehensive advantages across multiple dimensions, including a fully integrated industry chain, cutting-edge research platforms, a robust product portfolio, advanced marketing strategies, and the collaborative "Amoeba" management model—positions that position the company for extraordinary growth and development. During the 2024 Shaoshan Strategic Seminar, the group officially outlined its strategic vision: to build a world-class pain-free wellness ecosystem dedicated to holistic health. In pursuit of this "Pain-Free World" vision, Dr. Wu underscored the importance of steadfastly advancing digital and intelligent transformation, upgrading the "Five-One" initiative, and actively implementing the "Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Towns" plan. These efforts will not only establish a sustainable supply-chain-based profit model but also foster resource integration to achieve mutual success. Ultimately, Zhengqing Group is committed to becoming the world’s premier brand in rheumatic pain management, setting new benchmarks in the global healthcare industry.

Following this, the meeting focused on key topics such as smart healthcare, the development model for specialized rheumatology and pain management centers within county-level medical consortia, the "Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Towns" implementation plan, and the digital transformation of marketing strategies. Relevant leaders then presented their respective proposals. Additionally, the Marketing Center shared its market strategies for the second half of the year, along with insights into pharmaceutical policies, government affairs, and market surveillance efforts. Finally, an overview of the group’s ongoing research activities provided attendees with a clearer understanding of the company’s future growth trajectory.

During the meeting, the marketing center conducted evaluations and awarded outstanding individuals and teams for the first half of the year, greatly boosting morale.

Following this, Wang Xianping, General Manager of the Marketing Center, summarized the work completed in the first half of the year and outlined plans for the second half. Mr. Wang noted that, despite economic downturns and industry challenges, the team not only exceeded targets in key areas such as sales promotion and shipment but also achieved outstanding performance with several products. Academic activities progressed smoothly, while project upgrades and innovative business models continued to deepen. At the same time, efforts to enhance sales management and strengthen team building were steadily reinforced, laying a solid foundation for future marketing growth. However, he also acknowledged that there are still areas within the team’s performance that require improvement. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Mr. Wang emphasized focusing on four core priorities: "model replication, terminal development, boosting sales volume, and team building." He urged the team to stay true to established principles while embracing innovation, concentrating on breakthroughs in critical areas, exploring new avenues for growth, and making every effort to ensure the successful achievement of this year’s overall objectives.

Immediately afterward, each business unit held team rallies, showcasing their spirited determination to powerfully tackle the tasks ahead in the second half of the year.

During this semi-annual meeting, the Marketing Center carefully organized a variety of special activities. The dinner event was filled with a vibrant atmosphere, featuring one captivating artistic performance after another.

“As one, we can move Mount Tai.” All participants joined forces to climb Mount Tai together, hand in hand, savoring the breathtaking scenery along the way while strengthening their resolve and solidifying team unity. We also hope that every marketing warrior will channel this powerful energy into a relentless drive, working collaboratively to ensure the successful achievement of our annual goals.

The photography contest and team-based competition held during the team-building event also received enthusiastic responses, as everyone captured the breathtaking scenery of Mount Tai through their lenses, freezing moments that embody the dedication and warmth unique to the Zhengqing people.
