At the event, Li Huiping, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Healthcare Security Bureau; Feng Yongxia, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Huaihua Municipal Healthcare Security Bureau; leaders from the Zhijiang County Government; and officials and representatives from the Zhijiang County Medical Insurance Bureau, as well as from Dashu’ao Township and its villages, were in attendance. The team leader of the provincial medical insurance bureau’s working group stationed in Dashu’ao Village presided over the event and outlined the project’s background and its benefits to the local community.
At the donation ceremony, Zhengqing Group delivered medicines to Dashu’ao Village to support the construction of the village health center and meet the villagers’ everyday medication needs. Boxes of pharmaceuticals, each bearing the “Donated by Hunan Zhengqing Group” label, were neatly stacked, embodying Zhengqing’s care for grassroots communities and underscoring the company’s commitment to taking root at the community level and serving the public good.
In his remarks, a representative of Zhengqing Group stated that, as a pharmaceutical company committed to supporting grassroots healthcare, Zhengqing actively fulfills its social responsibilities and remains engaged in rural revitalization and health‑care assistance. This initiative to deliver medicines to rural areas represents both a successful model of government–enterprise collaboration and resource mobilization at the community level, and another concrete step by Zhengqing to bring high‑quality medications directly to people’s doorsteps.
