I. Convening and Attendance of the Meeting

- Status of the Deliberation on the Proposal
This meeting reviewed a total of eight proposals, as follows:
1. “2025 Annual Report of the Board of Directors”;
2. “The Company’s 2025 Annual Report of the Supervisory Board”;
3. Proposal on the Company’s 2025 Annual Financial Accounting Report;
4. “Company’s 2025 Annual Financial Closing and 2026 Financial Budget Report”;
5. “2025 Annual Profit Distribution Plan of the Company”;
6. Proposal on the Appointment of the Auditor for the Year 2026;
7. Proposal on Confirming the Company’s Routine Related-Party Transactions for 2025 and Projecting Such Transactions for 2026 (This proposal is related to the shareholders concerned.) (All have recused themselves from the vote) ；
8. “Proposal on the Election of Xiang Weiguo as a Supervisor of the Company.”
Voting Results: All eight proposals considered at this meeting were approved.
III. Details of the Lawyer’s Witnessing
This shareholders’ meeting was witnessed and accompanied by legal opinions from Attorneys Liu Zhongming and Xia Peng of Hunan Qiyuan Law Firm, who concluded that the convening and conduct of the meeting, the qualifications of the attendees, the voting procedures, and the voting results were all lawful and valid.
