On June 2, the Zhengqing Group’s 2026 “Work Safety Month” Kickoff Conference and company-wide safety training were held in the Zhengqing Hall at the Group’s Huaihua headquarters. Yin Songmao, Special Assistant to the President of the Zhengqing Group, attended and delivered a mobilization address, with all on-duty employees at the Huaihua headquarters in attendance.
In her mobilization speech, Yin Songmao pointed out that this year marks the 25th National Safety Production Month, with the theme “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers.” With frequent safety incidents nationwide and a severe safety‑production situation, the Group must strictly adhere to local regulatory requirements and earnestly implement the Safety Production Month initiatives as well as the “Safety Production in Sanxiang” series of activities. She emphasized that safety production and ecological environmental protection are non‑negotiable bottom lines, red lines, and lifelines for pharmaceutical enterprises. Given that the company’s operations involve high‑risk processes such as the use of hazardous chemicals, the operation of pressure vessels, and work in confined spaces, it is imperative to abandon complacency and ensure that safety efforts are not merely superficial.
With regard to the effective implementation of all tasks under this year’s Safety Production Month, Yin Songmao set forth three clear requirements for all cadres and employees: First, elevate our strategic perspective and firmly enforce safety responsibilities at every level; implement the safety production management policy and targeted campaigns, and rigorously conduct pre-shift safety briefings following shutdowns and resumptions of work. Second, empower every employee to act as a safety inspector, identifying and rectifying hazards from their own positions, and ensure closed-loop management of identified risks; the Group will introduce an internal whistleblowing reward system for hazard reporting. Third, ensure full participation in training and drills, diligently honing emergency response and practical skills; workshops shall increase the frequency of inspections in key high-risk areas, and take decisive action to address the “three violations”—improper command, unsafe operations, and breaches of labor discipline.
This event employs a comprehensive training model—combining theoretical instruction, hands-on drills, and closed-book assessments—to precisely address every critical stage of the safety and environmental protection process. At the theoretical level, the training zeroes in on the pharmaceutical industry’s key pain points, systematically dissecting everything from environmental compliance management and source‑level pollution prevention to essential safety controls throughout the entire drug‑manufacturing workflow, leaving no blind spots. On the practical front, in light of the high prevalence of flammable solvents and elevated fire risks in pharmaceutical facilities, fire‑safety and environmental emergency response drills are conducted concurrently, ensuring that every employee is proficient in operating emergency equipment and masters the “key to handling” unexpected incidents.
This launch event for “Safety Production Month” represents a key initiative by Zhengqing Group to fulfill its primary responsibility for workplace safety and enhance the safety awareness of all employees. Through comprehensive, immersive training and drills, the company has further strengthened employees’ safety consciousness and emergency response capabilities, solidified the foundation of safe production, and established a robust safety and environmental protection framework to underpin the Group’s sustained, high‑quality development.
