"Together for a Shared Future", Zhengqing Group Grandly Held its 2021 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference

On January 28, Zhengqing Group grandly held its “Moving Towards the Future Together” 2021 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference in the Zhengqing Hall on the fifth floor of its headquarters office building in Huaihua. Wu Feichi, Chairman and President of the Group Company, along with members of the management team, invited leaders and guests, award-winning groups and individuals, and employee representatives attended the event. The commendation conference was live-streamed online, allowing marketing personnel from all over the country to watch remotely.

Chairman Wu Feichi delivered a speech, pointing out that in 2021, Zhengqing worked hard to create value for society, withstood the severe test of the post-pandemic era, and steadily advanced various reform measures and strategies.

He summarized the achievements of Zhengqing Group in 2021: First, completing the second private placement of shares and introducing a management stockholding model; Second, introducing the Zhengqing Amoeba competitive symbiosis model, activating empowerment, and embracing new growth; Third, academic leadership, deepening the “Five Ones” model to promote intensive market cultivation, forming a tripartite market structure for Zhengqing Fentongning in treating rheumatism, pain, and kidney disease; Fourth, upgrading and building a scientific research platform of “one station, one institute, one center, three research facilities, and three departments,” and establishing the “1+6+N” new drug research and development model; Fifth, achieving breakthrough progress in raw material extraction, with intermittent full-load concentrated production reducing costs; Sixth, Qingfengteng being selected as one of “Huai Liuweis,” Zhizhu Testing officially commencing operations, and Zhengqing's “One Body, Two Wings” strategic goal being initially realized; Seventh, the proposal for Hunan Province to declare a “National Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone for Traditional Chinese Medicine” was implemented, and Zhengqing's participation in political affairs showed significant results; Eighth, taxes ranked among the top in the high-tech zone for four consecutive years, winning multiple honors, demonstrating the social value of the Zhengqing brand, Zhengqing product brand, and Zhengqing entrepreneur brand.

Chairman Wu Feichi emphasized: 2022 is the first year of “Zhengqing Reconstruction.” The company will leverage policy advantages, technological advantages, marketing advantages, and full industry chain advantages, guided by profit, and driven by the Amoeba symbiosis model, to establish a sound long-term mechanism for cost reduction and efficiency improvement involving all employees, full process control, and full factor management, deeply tap internal potential, achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement, meet profit targets, and realize the company's new birth.

Subsequently, the grand awards ceremony for the 2021 Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Individuals was held.

Peng Yilin, CFO of the Group Company, and Zhou Yuanxiang, Head of Quality, presented awards to Wang Xianping, Wu Tianhao, Wang Dao, Zhang Lingjian, Li Jie, and Ying Tao, representatives of the winners of the Marketing Center's Advanced Product Line, Advanced Major Region, Advanced Provincial Region, and Market Access Breakthrough Award.

Wang Xianping, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group Company's Marketing Center and General Manager of Zhengqing Fentongning Business Unit, and Yang Xiuchun, Director of the Administrative Center, presented awards to Wu Tianhao, Zhang Lingjian, Xiang Jie, Su Changjun, and Wen Xiaoping, representatives of the Advanced Team Award winners.

Long Xianjun, Rotating President of the Group Company and General Manager of the Marketing Center, presented awards to Mao Ximei, Yuan Bin, and Fu Shihe, representatives of the Advanced Department Award winners.

Huang Bingxian, Rotating President of the Group Company, presented awards to Chen Shuqi, Ding Ke, and He Qiwen, representatives of the Advanced Office Award winners.

She Weijia, Chairman of the Group Company's Board of Supervisors and Chairman of the Labor Union, presented awards to Dong Shaoxiang and Zeng Ying, representatives of the Outstanding Professional Staff.

Huang Yuming, Deputy Secretary of the Group Company's Party Committee and Vice Chairman, presented awards to Yang Xuechun and Huang Feijie, representatives of the Outstanding Party Members and Outstanding League Members.

Wu Feichi, Chairman and President of the Group Company, presented awards and flowers to Pan Renfu, Zhou Yongyong, Wang Dao, Fu Shihe, Huang Chunyang, Zhu Yongbo, Peng Zuren, Huang Bingxian, and She Weijia, who were honored as Model Workers for 2021.

Wu Feichi, Chairman and President of the Group Company, presented the Zhengqing Dedication Award and flowers to Zhao Shilin, the company's former Chief Supervisor and former Assistant Mayor of Huaihua City; Yuan Yuejun, the company's Supervisor; and Zhou Tingyan, the former Vice President of the Group Company and General Manager of the Marketing Center.

During the awards ceremony, there were interspersed performances.

The “Huai Liuweis Show” performed by all staff of Zhizhu Testing featured ladies' qipao fashion show, with elegant dresses full of charm, and gentlemen's Hanfu fan dance, combining strength and grace, with appropriate rhythm. In 2021, Qingfengteng was selected as one of the Huai Liuweis, solidifying the foundation of the Qingfengteng industry chain; in 2021, Zhizhu Testing officially opened, marking a new stage in the company's group-level operations.

The medley of “You Dian Tian” (A Little Sweet) and “Liu Hai Kan Qiao” (Liu Hai Chopping Wood) performed by Zhengqing's new generation Li Chuwei and Zhou Yanqiong, and middle generation She Weijia and Gong Chunxia, showcased a unique style blending trend and tradition, bringing a relaxed and joyful feeling to the summary and commendation conference.

Guest performer Ms. Ye Kemeng gave erhu performances of “The Shepherd of Koktokay” and “Galloping War Horses.” The melodies were melodious, high-pitched and bright, captivating, as if listening to a dedicated erhu concert.

Ms. Ye Kemeng graduated from the China Conservatory of Music, where she studied under the renowned erhu performer Professor Song Fei. She has participated in the recording of several TV programs such as “Happy Camp” and “Day Day Up,” and served as the principal erhu player in the 2021 Tencent Video Starlight Awards Concert.

The summary and commendation conference successfully concluded with Chairman Wu Feichi and the management team hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder, singing “We Are Walking on the Great Road” together with all participants.
