It is hereby decided to convene 2023 year 12 month 6 day to hold Hunan Zhengqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Company ” ) 2023 the First Time Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

( 1) Directors, supervisors, and senior management of the company;

( 2) Shareholders registered as of 202 3 year 12 month 1 on the day;

( 3) Lawyers appointed by the company and other personnel invited by the company's board of directors.

1. Huaihua Dadi Holding Co., Ltd. loaning from Hunan Zhengqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and related party transactions proposal" 。

III. Meeting Registration Matters

1. Registration time: 2023 year 12 month 4 day, 5 every day 9: 00—16 :00；

2. Registration location: Fortune Road, Huaihua High-tech Zone, Hunan 7 No. Zhengqing Group Fourth Floor Administration Department;

3. Corporate shareholders shall register with the legal representative's ID card and business license, and individual shareholders shall register with their own ID card. ， Agent attending needs to present principal's ID card (corporate shareholder with business license), agent's ID card and power of attorney for registration.
